Support for your team.
Clarity for your board.
Community financial institutions need dependable technology, strong cybersecurity, and evidence leadership can use. Noltech connects daily IT operations with testing, remediation, policies, recovery planning, and oversight.
Need everyday IT support? We can be your outsourced IT team. Have IT staff or a provider? We can handle cybersecurity alongside them.
For credit unions: we help you stay ready.
Your board expects accountability. Your examiner expects evidence. Your members expect protection.
Find it. Fix it. Verify it. Vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, remediation, and retesting, with clear reports your CEO and board can use.
Policies, procedures, and exam preparation. ACET questionnaire help and an improvement roadmap, plus preparation for the NCUA Information Security Examination (ISE).
For community banks
Managed IT, security monitoring, authorized vulnerability and penetration testing, remediation, backup and recovery, and policy and documentation support scoped to your bank’s environment and oversight needs.
Readiness support helps organize and strengthen your security program. Regulatory decisions and compliance responsibilities remain with your institution.
What leadership should be able to see
Useful information for decisions, not just a list of technical alerts.
Support, maintenance, security activity, and improvements made during the reporting period.
Testing findings, their priority, and the remediation work still outstanding.
Recommended actions, decisions needed, and follow-up testing where appropriate.
Records to support internal oversight, examiner questions, and insurer evidence requests.
How we work
Understand the environment.
Follow through on the work.
Assess
Start with your technology, current support, concerns, and business priorities. Define the scope, authorization, and points of contact before technical work begins.
Prioritize
Separate urgent needs from longer-term improvements and agree on a practical scope.
Implement
Put the agreed support and protections in place, coordinating with your team and vendors.
Maintain & review
Continue support, address findings, and report on progress as your needs change.

Before we talk
A few common
questions.
Do you only work with credit unions?
No. Credit unions are a key focus. We also offer managed IT and cybersecurity services for community banks, professional services firms, healthcare practices, and other businesses. Our recommendations are scoped to each organization.
Can you work with our existing vendors?
Yes. We can coordinate with existing technology and service providers within the agreed scope, including environments where some systems remain under a vendor’s control.
What happens after a security assessment?
We review the findings, identify priorities, and discuss a remediation plan. Testing, remediation, and follow-up validation are scoped to your organization.
Can you help with cyber insurance requirements?
We can help document implemented controls and gather available technical evidence for insurer questions. Coverage, eligibility, and pricing are determined by the insurer.
What does the free initial assessment involve?
We start with a conversation about your organization, current technology, and concerns. We agree on any review activities before performing them. Penetration testing and other detailed technical assessments are separately scoped.
